Muhamad Rashidul Amin Bin Muhamad Rapingi
General Manager
With over a decade of experience in strategic management, project management, and business development, Rashidul has built a strong track record in driving organisational growth, operational excellence, and large-scale project delivery. Prior to his current roles, he served with FELDA for 12 years, where he held key leadership positions, including Deputy Director of Strategic Planning, and led the Project Management Office overseeing projects valued at approximately RM10 billion.
Beyond the corporate sector, he has worked closely with government agencies to implement community development initiatives focused on cooperative empowerment, community-based tourism, digital transformation, and sustainable economic development. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Rashidul is committed to delivering innovative, high-impact solutions that create long-term economic and social value through strategic partnerships and effective stakeholder engagement.
Muhamad Afiq Idris
Senior Manager, Project Management & Shared Services
With extensive experience in corporate finance, investment management, and strategic advisory, Afiq has established a strong track record in leading high-value financial transactions and driving strategic business growth across diverse industries. He possesses proven expertise in financial modelling, business valuation, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), structured finance, capital raising, and investment execution, having successfully supported multi-million to multi-billion ringgit projects. Throughout his career, Afiq has advised on Bursa Malaysia-listed company transactions, including Sukuk issuances, Joint Venture Company (JVCo) structuring, and strategic investment initiatives, working closely with Boards of Directors, senior management, financial institutions, and key stakeholders to deliver commercially sound and sustainable outcomes.
