Dr. Syed Uzair Bin Syed Othman
A doctoral-qualified strategic management professional with over 30 years of leadership experience spanning the corporate, government-linked, entrepreneurial, and academic sectors. He has built a distinguished career centred on organisational transformation, human capital development, community empowerment, and sustainable value creation.
His expertise encompasses organisational transformation, training and capability development, stakeholder engagement, and the design of industry-relevant programmes, including digital transformation and leadership development initiatives. Through his leadership in large-scale institutions and advisory capacities, he has contributed significantly to CSR initiatives, community development, and sustainability-driven programmes.
He also has expanding expertise in environmentally responsible strategies, including sustainable agro-based development, carbon footprint reduction initiatives, and the integration of carbon value creation into long-term organisational strategy.
